இதோ என் இதயம் கிழிந்து
உதிரம் கசிகிறது நீ
விதைத்த காதல் விதை
வளர்ந்து விருட்சமாகி
கொண்டிருக்கும் போது
அங்கம் அங்கமாக அறுத்தெடுக்கிறாயே
உன் புதிய உறவின் புண்ணிறத்தால்
ஒவ்வொரு இரவும் என்
கண்ணீரால் ஈரமாவது உனக்கெங்கே
புரியப்போகிறது நிரந்தரமாய்
உறங்க நினைக்கிறேன்
காலனும் என்னைக் கை விட்டு விட்டான்
காடு கூட எனை வெறுக்கிறது போலும்
என் கவிதைக்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி
வைத்து விட்டு இன்னொரு கவிக்கு
தலைப்பிட சென்று விட்டாயா?

என் எழுத்துக்கள் உயிர் பெறத்துடிக்கின்றன
ஆன்மாவரை ஊடுருவிய அந்த நட்பு
மிக வேகமாக வெளியேறியது
வலி உயிருக்கு மட்டுமல்ல
உள்ளத்திற்கும் தான். என்ன செய்வது
சொல்லின்றி செயலின்றி மெளனமாக
கண்களில் உறைந்துவிட கண்ணீருடன்
விடை கொடுத்தேன் போ..
திரும்பவும் வந்துவிடாதே இங்கே
எதுவுமே இருக்காது உயிருடன் உன்னை
வரவேற்க எஞ்சியது நீ
ஏற்படுத்திய காயத்தின் சுவடுகள் மாத்திரமே.
